How much does it cost to print?
It is .10¢ for black and white and .50¢ for colour.
Where do I get a print card?
At the Service Desk.
Can I pay with debit?
Yes we accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I refund money back off of my card?
No, once the money is loaded onto the card we cannot refund it.
Will the print card expire?
No, the print cards do not expire.
What happens if I lose my print card?
The print cards are not associated with your student account and therefore we have no way to keep track of their balance. Since we cannot replace lost/stolen cards or their balances we encourage students to write their name on their card as a means of identifying them.
I was able to put printing fees on my student account before can I still do that?
No, we are no longer able to apply printing fees to accounts.
Can I print from my own device (phone/laptop/airdrop)?
No, at this time you must print from our computers located in the Learning Commons.
