Brief Instructions on How to Find Articles

- Begin on the library website for Nipissing or Canadore
- Use the search bar to enter in the title or author of an article you are looking for OR enter in keywords to find an article on a certain topic
- Hit the Search button
- This will take you to the Nipissing Search or Canadore Search page where your search results will be listed
- The results will include all types of resources such as articles, videos, reports etc. not just articles
- To narrow down the results to just articles use the available filters. Under the RESOURCE TYPE heading select the box for articles and select APPLY
- Most articles will only be available online. Select the Available Online option
- Selecting Available Online will take you to a screen that says View Online with 1 or more links to the full text of the article. select any of the available links.
- If a link doesn't work, please try the other links listed
Log In Information
- If you are asked to log in to access the article
- NIPISSING: Use your Blackboard username and password
- CANADORE: Student Number and your Canadore email password
